Responsibilities
- To ensure and help the process of transfer of registrations.
- To help and ensure the process flow of the registration transfer process within the organization for all clients and members.
- Ensure complete submission of files as per SOPs of the organization.
- To ensure proper documentation and legal requirements required for the transfer of registrations.
- To help and ensure customer services in the transfer department and ensure credibility & integrity within the department as per company policy.
- Seek advice on different matters pertaining to legal and transfer for all registration purposes.
- To ensure proper reconciliation of documents for each and every case which is being referred in the transfer department.
- To guide help and train staff of transfer department as part of duty.
- Efficiency in developing, maintaining, verifying and evaluating existing systems.
- To establish new records management systems.
- Keep track of all of a company's information, including electronic records, paper records etc.
- Overseeing the switch from paper to electronic record-keeping.
