Audit Executive

• Audit of purchase orders and requisitions for materials, supplies and equipment at Site.
• Audit of all heavy machinery usage reports and their spare parts at Site.
• Audit of record maintenance of material purchased and used at Site.
• Responsible for the audit of all type of construction related heavy material used at site e.g: Sand, Crush, Cement, iron, PVC Pipes, Steel etc.
• Audit of rental materials on site and their payments in a timely manner.
• Audit of all store related material at Site.
• Audit of Inward Gate Pass/GRN for all material on site.
• Audit of inventory of yard supplies and purchase orders.
• Responsible for audit of fleet Management, their usage reports & proper documentation.
• Audit of petty cash, company assets (owned/Rental), mess related material at site.
• Will be responsible to manage entire audit at BWC Site.

• This Position is for Blue World City located at Chakkri Road Islamabad.
