Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

  • Answering customer inquiries, entering and successfully processing orders.
  • Investigating customer problems and/or complaints to successful resolution.
  • Helps in expediting orders as required.
  • The resource must be fluent in English language.
  • The resource should have confident personality.
  • Should have ability to meet his monthly sales target.
  • Working effectively in a team environment to meet goals and objectives.
  • Provide expert answers to questions about products, pricing and availability.
  • Capture clients’ comments and feedback regarding market trends and pricing.
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat.
  • Solve customer problems and find best possible solutions.
  • Respond to shipping inquiries and answer order status questions.
  • Become a product expert and understand each customer's needs to provide real, effective solutions and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Should have experience of US, UK, Australia campaigns.
  • Outbound and inbound call center experience would be added value.
  • Sales, customer support and follow up through telephone, chat email along with interdependent coordination.
