Responsibilities
- Meeting and greeting customer and providing them updated information.
- Responsible for answering the queries of visiting clients.
- Exceptional ability to plan and operate daily operations of customer support department including General Queries.
- Handling task of drafting documents as requested by Manager Customer Support.
- Manage data base of customers with complete accuracy.
- Prioritized customer’s requests and resolve all requests as per SOPs.
- Prepare customer correspondence and update customer files.
- Must be able to work on monthly, weekly, and daily reports as & when required by management.
- Generate ideas to resolve customer problems in a better way.
