Customer Support Executive

Responsibilities

  • Meeting and greeting customer and providing them updated information.
  • Responsible for answering the queries of visiting clients.
  • Exceptional ability to plan and operate daily operations of customer support department including General Queries.
  • Handling task of drafting documents as requested by Manager Customer Support.
  • Manage data base of customers with complete accuracy.
  • Prioritized customer’s requests and resolve all requests as per SOPs. 
  • Prepare customer correspondence and update customer files.
  • Must be able to work on monthly, weekly, and daily reports as & when required by management.
  • Generate ideas to resolve customer problems in a better way.
