Responsibilities

  • Able to complete on time Recruitment & Selection process. 
  • Incumbent must be able to handle compensation and benefits of employees including salary etc.
  • Able to maintain the attendance record and overall attendance relatd matters of employees. 
  • Must have strong knowledge of MS office including MS Excel. 
  • Ability to draft and maintain company policy and procedures.
  • Strong sense of performing in a generalist role in a highly corporate and task oriented environment. 
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
