Maintenance Manager - Civil
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of civil works.
- Manage and train labor for efficiently completion of work.
- Inspect site regularly to identify problems and necessary maintenance.
- Assign maintenance schedules and allocate work as per forecasted workloads.
- Oversee all repairs and ensure work is done within the timeline.
- Maintain all inventory and equipment, and ensure proper storage.
- Create safe and secure workplace and inspect.
- Conduct safety inspections as scheduled.
- Evaluate and update systems and facilities to determine maintenance or repairs where needed.
- Prepare and Assess building systems to plan work assignments and project schedules.
- Manage all plumbing works and paint works at site and ensure proper maintenance.
