Manager Security
Responsibilities
- Responsible for all security operations of Blue World City Site.
- Plan, develop and implement security policies, protocols and procedures.
- Make budgets for security operations and monitor expenses and documentation processes.
- Gather security intelligence and implement preventative measures.
- Recruit, train and supervise all security officers and guards.
- Develop work schedules, allocate tasks, and monitor performance of all security staff.
- Plan and execute security operations for specific/high-risk events at site.
- Coordinate with site staff when responding to emergencies and alarms.
- Order security-related supplies and equipment as needed.
- Create reports for management on security status and advise management on security issues.
- Ensure that discipline is managed at Site.
