People Development Manager

Responsibilities

  • Take initiative to improve learning culture of the organization.
  • Assess training and development needs through surveys, interviews, and communication with the HODs and managers.
  • Develop in house training programs to fulfill employee’s needs to maintain or improve job skills.
  • Create and acquire training procedure manuals, guides, and course materials.
  • Present training and development programs using various forms and formats including group discussion, lecture, simulations, and videos.
  • Assess training materials prepared by instructors.
  • Ensure Yearly people development tasks are carried out in efficiency and ensure consumption of people development budgets each year.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback.
  • Maintains knowledge of the latest trends in people development.
  • Develop and maintain organizational communications such as intranet bulletin boards and newsletters to ensure employees have knowledge of training and development events and resources.

Experience:

  • 5-7 years of relative experience of managing trainings in organization.
  • Strong liaison with Training houses in Pakistan.
  • Experience of managing Training Assessment sessions within the organization.
  • Experience of focal group setups and competency gap analysis.
