Responsibilities
- Responsible for performing a broad variety of administrative tasks.
- Screen phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handle them when appropriate.
- Manage diary, prepare minutes of meetings, schedule meetings and appointments with MD.
- Work closely and effectively with the MD to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities.
- Make travel arrangements.
- Make reports, presentations as per instructions of MD.
- Devise and maintain office filing system.
- Ability to perform multitasking, prioritize duties and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
