Purchase Officer - Mechanical
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the procurement of all types of heavy machinery spare parts and LTV spare parts.
- Coordinate with Mechanical Department and get requisitions for required spare parts.
- Responsible to arrange quotation’s against required spare parts.
- Make feasibility reports of quotations and get approval from concerned authorities.
- Responsible for the providing of on time spare parts (New Spare Parts + Used Spare Parts) as required.
- Responsible to sustain long term relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Ensure proper record maintenance of material purchased and used.
- Experience of Rawalpindi Local Auto Market (Tarnol Market) is required.
