Accounts Coordinator

Responsibilities

blueEx, is looking for client relation officer at its head office in Karachi.

  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
  • Handle customer and client inquiries regularly.
  • Resolve problems and assist customers or clients by handling account related inquiries.
  • Accurate data input
  • Establish and maintain relationships with individual and business customers and provide assistance with problems regarding cash or queries keeping the Head of Manager in the loop.
  • Timely invoicing of customers, receiving payments and lodging into the bank and issuing receipts for payments received.
  • Liaising with other departments in ensuring that all queries are resolved keeping the manager in the loop.
  • Daily collecting of financial data and making entries in the accounting software and maintain an excel sheet of all the entries.
  • Prepared voucher/ receipts/ sales invoice after closing the orders with the customers
  • Collecting payment amount and took hold of the cash before handling over to the manager by the end of each working day
