Industrial Engineer
Responsibilities
- Development of General and Detailed process flow chart of Operations processes
- Development and updating of General SOP of processes.
- Training of Operations staff on advance tools and techniques and continuous improvement
- 5 S implementation in Operations department
- Apply statistical methods to determine logistics staff requirements.
- Develop performance Dashboard of riders in LHE based on delivery success rates.
- Daily, weekly and monthly review feedback on performance with LHE team and Central teams
- Monitor Resource allocation, conduct time study and headcounts for operations
- Wastage identification, Implementation of lean culture and improve quality of service for overall value chain.
