Senior Accounts Officer
Responsibilities
- To check consignment wise outstanding report of all stations and follow-up with the station for deposits.
- To coordinate and ensure systematic filing of a scanned deposit slip from stations.
- To ensure checking of unlink credits and find the unknown amount of customers' deposits and provide resolution.
- Closely monitor cash outstanding amount and ensure coordination with the operation department for the recovery of the same.
- Ensure strong follow-up on all claims with the claim department and take necessary action after upper Management’s approval.
- Provide supervision in performing bank reconciliation & provide necessary assistance in solving technical aspects.
- Prepare summarized COD collection report on a daily, monthly & periodical basis.
- Ensure Follow-up on receivable of COD of various Stations across the country.
