Sr. Accounts Officer

We are seeking for the Sr. Accounts Officer, who will be responsible for:

Reporting to Senior Manager Finance

Job costing & recording with relates to International Air & Ocean Freight.

Receipts posting.

Trade disbursements.

Recording of accruals.

Correspondence with international agents for invoices & S.O.A. reconciliation.

Receivable report preparation and follow-up for recovery.

Bank reconciliation.

Monthly Profit or Loss statement preparation.

Statutory Income tax & Sales tax withholding and monthly return filling.

Fixed Assets register maintenance.

Compliance of IATA (International Air Transport Association) regulatory requirements

Dealing with Airlines for sales report submission.

Job Requirements:

Education: B.Com or Above

Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience
