Web Project Manager

• Organizing and managing all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion
• Serve as primary point of contact for the customer throughout the implementation project, and successfully transition the relationship at the end of the project.
• Managing stakeholders and keeping them informed all the time for project progress
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously with different teams
• Submitting weekly project status reports 
• Own the overall success of new client implementations, including time and risk management, resource coordination and project execution.
• Guiding and performing strategic analysis for the project
• Planning and overseeing the preparation and dissemination of project communications
• Proactively facilitates in identifying and resolving project issues, risks and conflicts with a positive frame of mind, maintaining a healthy collaborative spirit
