Trainee Recruitment Researcher/ Resourcer

Job Description

Trainee Recruitment Researchers/ Resourcers are required. Full training will be provided.

Requirements:

• Must be educated to degree level with a good command of English (writing, reading).
• Must have a very good command of Microsoft Office tools (Word & Excel).
• Must be able to work Monday to Friday between 1 pm – 10 pm and other shifts if required.
• Must be highly motivated, very disciplined and very work focussed.

Responsibilities:

• To search and find suitable candidates (CV Sourcing) from online job boards and candidate databases.
• To search and match the right candidates on LinkedIn to the job vacancies.
• To advertise vacancies and placing adverts on various job boards.
• To prepare and format the CVs one MS Word templates.
• To communicate with international clients on email.
