- Labor contract administration and interpretation, including Benefit Agreements
- Participate in contract negotiations as contractual and benefit expert as well as key member to strategy team
- All disciplinary action administered in bargaining plants
- Supervise and train Superintendent - Industrial Relations, and Industrial Relation Representative who serve manufacturing sites as well as plant leadership
- Educating Business Units on contractual requirements and alternative approaches to labor problems
- Company representative in all labor matters (arbitration as well as managing outside legal counsel)
