Rs 20,000 - Rs 35,000 a month (Base Salary) + 20,000 to 100,000 Commissions

As our first international expansion in the Pakistan market, we are currently looking for Call Center Team.
Job Description - Call Center Sales Agent
Outbound calls, Provide general information to consumers interested in the services/products we offer and will be responsible for assisting them in completing lead over the phone and handing it over to the closing team. You will also inform customers of the product terms and features and project a professional company image through voice and online interactions.
Call Center Agent Job Responsibilities and Duties:
· Make Outbound calls to qualify the leads
· Sell products and place customer orders in the computer system
· Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
· Provide service information to customers
· Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable software
· Process orders / Transfer orders
· Route calls to appropriate resources
· Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls
· Complete call logs and reports
· Other duties as assigned
· Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
· Maintains communication equipment by reporting problems.
· Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
Requirements:
· Proficient in relevant computer applications
· Minimum 3 years of experience in a call center environment and Minimum of 2 years Sales experience
· Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
· English - Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
· Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately
· Customer focus
· Customer service
· Attention to detail
· Professionalism

Salary: Rs20,000.00 to Rs65,000.00 /month
