Manage various seminars and preparation of all relevant documentation
Security clearance of Foreign / local representatives from organizations
Maintain confidential files, records and documentation
Manage all special assignments given by the Directors / Managers
Procurement of Office Inventory / Stationary
Visa processing of higher management and setup Visa interview appointments
Hotel Booking for Employees and Foreign Guests
Manage routine correspondence and telephonic record
Preparation of visit schedules, Travel / Meeting Agenda Points
Support Marketing, Technical and Finance Department as & when required
Responsible for various documentation
Maintain daily meeting schedule
Maintain Staff Attendance / Leave record and submission of report to concerned department
Maintain Transport record & Issuance of inventory to staff
Manage and Responsible for House Keeping, Office Vehicles
All other confidential / personal assignments / tasks given by Executive Director
