The Division:

Offrs leverages big data and its proprietary machine learning algorithm to predict future home sales and transactions, otherwise known as "Smart Data.” Offrs distributes its Smart Data to real estate agents and other financial verticals, including mortgage and title companies. Offrs is part of the Constellation Real Estate Group and a subsidiary of Constellation Software Inc.

The Position:

We are looking for a ColdFusion – Developer to work on our web-based application built on ColdFusion/CFML/HTML/JS/SQL Server technologies. The selected candidate will join the team at our Lahore office, to work as part of one of our divisions R&D department.

Desired Skills and Responsibilities:

Bachelors Degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering or equivalent technical Degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

2+ years of software development experience developing web technologies/applications.

2+ years strong ColdFusion/CFML (Coldfusion 2018).

2+ years of SQL (MS SQL).

Understanding of developing within existing HTML/CSS application.

Exposure to CFCs, custom tags, and frameworks.

Experience of DHTML/JavaScript/JQuery/Angular/CSS development.

Experience with JSON, XML, XSL, XSLT and Web Services.

Experience with writing & consuming RESTful web services.

Experienced in development under Windows.

Experience with MS SQL.

Experience using source-control - git and SVN.

Able to update and maintain existing code-base (fix bugs).

NICE TO HAVE:

1 year of Java and/or .Net development experience
