Brokers rely on Emphasys to leverage the company's full back office solutions, transaction processing, commission management, financial reporting, and accounting. Emphasys Software has specialized in Real Estate software for the last 25 years and provides a complete all in one solution for Brokerages.

The Position:

We are looking for a Software Support Consultant that is career oriented, passionate and hard working. This candidate is a highly motivated team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills while being highly organized. This position is responsible for providing world-class support and training for our accounting products for Real Estate industry.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Product Manager, the Software Support Consultant will have the following primary responsibilities:

Provide world-class software support to current customers by handling all incoming phone calls and emails and troubleshooting software or accounting related issues

Learn from customer interactions their business process, identify patterns and develop solutions to improve customers' experience.

Facilitate training and deliver implementation within established timeline

Test software updates, and create manuals and documentation as needed.

Communicate with the development team to facilitate issue resolution and product improvements.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business, with strong accounting background

Advanced proficiency in accounting software is required. Experience with accounting software applications for real estate is a bonus.

5 years' experience in training and support preferably accounting related software

Excellent oral and written communication and people skills.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Work Timings: 08:00 PM to 05:00 AM (Pakistan Time)
