Key Account Manager

Primarily responsible for leading effective and efficient cross-functional interaction within the agency to deliver client success and Reporting performance on a monthly, weekly, and sometimes daily basis

While ensuring accountability and gaining valuable insights into what is working and what isn’t.

Expansion of projects and growth by building up the projects from very basic level, Assessing the need and demands of the business and shaping the project deadlines accordingly

Coordination with clients and cross functional team to meet the deadlines

Ensuring that the creative and technical quality is upheld throughout the project management process

Execution of bottom-up activity and resource plan to deliver Sell Out and Sell In objectives.

Plan brand campaigns in collaboration with marketing, digital team agencies. - Keep update cross-functional team with emerging and new digital technologies

Working closely with the development and creative teams, suppliers, contractors where needed

Resolving key client issues and complaint

Developing a complete understanding of key account needs

Anticipating key account changes and improvements

Managing communications between key clients and internal teams

Managing account team assigned to each client

Strategic planning to improve client results

Negotiating contracts with the client and establishing a timeline of performance

Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training

Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines

Analyzing client data to provide customer relationship management

Expanding relationships and bringing in new clients

Qualifications:

Preferably BBA/MBA in Marketing

Experience: 2-4 years in Business development any Tech/Digital industry.

Skills Required:

Effective & Excellent communication, negotiation and selling skills

Excellent knowledge of MS Excel

Ability to work closely with Project management and cross functional team to meet the deadlines

Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies

Focused and goal oriented

Understanding of sales cycle
