- Manage incoming work and follow-up with internal customers on outstanding cases within the scope of HR support or payroll
- Aid in determining appropriate next course action for necessary escalation
- Provide transactional support in the areas of HR transactions, including data changes and terminations
- Provide insight to the HR functional teams around customer services and improvements to processes, including employment verification, unemployment administration and other important HR processes
- Provide support to greater HR team with administrative tasks and problem solving for specific issues
- Responsible for data management, transnational processing (enters / maintains accurate data into HRIS ensuring data integrity / compliance (auditing / data clean-up)).
- Possess and maintain a thorough knowledge and understanding of the data usage and data requirements of the required HR systems
- Provide exceptional service to internal customers
- Provide, when necessary, HR policy/process interpretation and issue resolution
- Provide entry level non-standard and reports
- Provide feedback and offer suggestions on issues, system limitations and problems that customers are facing
- Perform special projects as assigned
- Conduct filing and records management as assigned
- Perform other duties as assigned by direct supervisor
Skill Set:
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (required) including: Word, Power Point, Excel (basic); working knowledge of SharePoint is a plus
- Ability to gain working knowledge of Stewart’s HR services, processes, initiatives and systems to assist with effective routing of inquiries/issues/feedback
- Proven customer service focus
- Ability to interact with all levels of employees, management and vendors
- College degree with a focus in HR preferred; High school diploma or equivalent required
- HR experience preferred
- Strong office administration skills
- Ability to handle and maintain highly
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with ADP Enterprise, ADP Reporting, Manager and/or Employee Self Service applications preferred
- Experience with electronic content management and employee record repositories preferred
