Assistant Project Engineer

  • Job Description
  • Scheduling of Project 15 days & 30 days.
  • Correspondences reference as per contract agreement with consultant and Client
  • Received the Drawing from Design Department. Read the drawing and collect the data’s using drawing details for planning
  • Project Working Methodology (discuss with Project Engineer at Head Office)
  • Provide technical assistance to the procurement dept. for procurement related to assigned & follow up for delivery on weekly basis & update Management
  • Advance Planning for Quality Production meeting Co-ordinate to other departments
  • Implementation of Daily Progress Report at all projects
  • Check Daily Progress Report and inform to Immediate head
  • Material Updates & monitoring , Schedule work allotments and utilize machine and man power details
  • Will put up recommendations to improve the progress and enhance the output of the plant Eqpt. and Machinery
  • To ensure Engineering works are carried out in accordance with specifications
  • Will resolve the issues if any between the client and consultant at site.
  • Will visit the project sites as and when required
  • Physically monitoring at Site accordance to Plan.
  • Check Material at Site and resolve shortage issue.
  • Monitoring of Material / Vendor bills etc.
  • Implementation the Execution Plan, thereby ensuring the smooth running of activities. Cannot leave the site if any activity is to remain continue even after office hours, especially where your presence is required
  • Writing program will ask from PM’s to submit in every day and implementing the work plan and its result.
  • Economies the overall working thereby to reduce the overall cost.
  • Cash demands approval & monitoring & budgeting and its reconciliations with concerned authority in time
  • Responsible to make follow ups for the payments of PCs, Vendors from account department & other /associated authorities
  • Arrangement of resource /machinery as per project needs
  • Preparing weekly & monthly Project Earned Value Management, Financial Statement and Funds Flow / Cash Flow reports and monthly progress on bill of the projects
  • Project planning /monitoring by adopting appropriate cost-effective construction strategies, avoid budget over-runs, execution of project works within stipulated completion milestones, performance objectives & safety standards
  • Responsible to prepare monitoring mechanism to judge the process of the subordinate staff with ensuring that the each subordinate performing the duties as per the job description & provide necessary trainings in order to improve their competencies.
  • Responsible to attend internal & external meetings and ensure the production of accurate record of any discussion and actions.
  • keep on focus on timelines / Responsible of work delivery in time/ as per the plans
  • Implementation of site monitoring report.
  • Preparing of Submittal as per contracts and its approval from consultants with proper follow ups
  • Tests reports follow ups from Labs & inspection of material before shipment with consultant & clients
  • Any Other Task given by Management time to time.
