Job Description

Organizational Development:

To develop the JDs of every employee of the company, implement, monitor and observe if everyone is performing according to their assigned JDs.

To develop the organogram of the Departments and Sites.

To develop and update SOPs time to time and make sure that employees are following the defined SOPs.

To review, redraft organizational policies in accordance with labor laws, in the best interest of DES.

To prepare, and recommend HR policies as per latest market practices.

Developing a comprehensive performance management system.

Assist departmental heads in developing KPIs for concerned teams.

Analyzing training needs and coordination with training institute for relevant trainings.

Developing grading structure of the organization.

Conducting job satisfaction / turnover intentions / motivation surveys.

Engaging employees by introducing different employee engagement activities.

Recommending the best suitable software for Performance Management and ensure its implementation.

HR Operations

Complete recruitment cycle with the following deliverables.

Finalize candidates within 3 weeks after hiring requirements is shared with the HR team.

Create interview guidelines for selection across different departments including defining interview panels, remarks for evaluating and recommendations.

Negotiating salary with the selected candidate.

Evaluating existing forms and process and suggesting improvements.

Represent HR department in interview board.

Ensuing the tasks of subordnates.

Conducting exit interview of the employees.
