Job Description
Preparing execution plan of the project.(i.e. Schedule (Overall, Monthly, 15 Days) ; Material, labor Cost estimate)
Overall responsibility of Project & compliance of Contract.
Monitoring of Execution of Site in terms of
Progress and Quality
Material (i.e. Reconciliation actual Vs. Estimated)
Resources.(i.e. Labor and Machinery)
Demands Processing
Supplier /Labor Bill verification and approvals.
Responsible to execute the project planning & materials at all the time.
Responsible to reconcile the material & make all necessary checks /accountability to verify project activities & all associated useable items
Responsible to Keep in touch & update the project activities /progress of the project with competent authority on regular basis.
Responsible to ensure uninterrupted service delivery at projects & in case of any problem at project site to be communicated with finding/suggestions & recommendations
To ensure submission of IPCs to all concerned well in time.
Responsible to Submit Sunday Working plan to competent authority after deciding the work plan/resource required for Sunday workings & attendances/payment verification as per actual attendance.
Responsible to look after all the project affairs, workings, reconciliations, purchases, health & safety of labor matters at project.
Responsible to coordinate with HO & provision of all project related requisites report & returns, data etc.
Responsible to hire & approved the project hiring’s as per the approved organogram keeping in view the budgetary requirement & best interest of company.
Responsible to meet the project times & budgets all the time with the assistance of Competent Authority Project Director.
Prepare & submit the weekly / ten-days project/site execution plan with the help of Construction Manger to Competent Authority without fail.
Ensure maintaining the proper program register every day along with implementation of work plan.
Ensure proper work execution of site (technical, administrative, execution etc.)
Responsible to communicate /highlight any discrepancies in the work schedule at site with corrective manners/suggestion to Competent Authority.
Responsible to develop & implement quantity & quality control checks /mechanism at all the projects
