Quantity Surveyor

Job Description

Convert the BOQ PDF file into Microsoft excel sheet and arrange the file with formulas of each item of BOQ like withholding GST, material and labor.

Completely understand the BOQ file and discuss with reporting in charge to find out the quantities according to drawing of new project.

Assist the office engineer to made the price of bid by putting market / rate analysis

Find out the quantities of all civil work of BOQ.

Road work quantities like ( Earth work, Surfaces, pavement, sub base and bases, structure retiming walls and etc)

Building related work quantities like ( foundation, super shore work and bar bending schedules as per drawings

Site visit for proposed project for examine or reconcile drawing Vs. actual

Surveyor the Site and contact of nearby quarries and other material resources

Rate analysis of civil work for building, road work and bridges to made prime cost (Fixed and variable cost) and over heads

Receive the quotation of each item from market which mention in BOQ

Rate analysis of running project

Verifying Quantity and Quality of upcoming projects.

Go through the contract document and technical specification of qualified projects, regarding time schedule, Bid security, retention money, cash flow and IPCs

Assist to office engineer for finalization of Bid/ Tender

Assist to office engineer for forecasting of Expenditures & security of company overheads.

Assist to office engineer in budgeting of running and upcoming projects

Any Other Task given by Management time to time.
