Digital Marketing Specialist

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's digital marketing efforts, including developing and executing the digital marketing strategy, managing teams and resources, analyzing and reporting on campaign success. This is a (Evening & Night shift job and timings will be 05:00 PM to 02:00 AM).

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the company's digital marketing strategy.

Oversee and coordinate all digital marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Analyze and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technologies and recommend new digital marketing opportunities.

Collaborate with other departments and business units to align digital marketing efforts with overall company goals.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

2 to 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation and conversion

Strong leadership and team management skills

Should have Google ads, PPC experience.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of various digital marketing channels, including email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), social media, and paid advertising.

Must have cold outreach experience to generate leads.

Must have SM advertising experience

Must have SEO hands on experience

Must know how to manage data in CRM

Job Location: Rawalpindi, Pakistan
