Good Communication Skills

Develop & implement strategic sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives.

Develop, manage & achieve individual and team sales targets.

Ensure achievement of sales objectives falls within the designated time.

Monitor competitor products, sales and marketing activities and research new marketing techniques to meet the changing market trends.

Prepare sales activity reports.

Assist the management with maintaining relationships with client and negotiating & closing deals.

Manage the Sales Log of the clients by entering data in the log and forward the daily log the client.

Gather feedback from customers, ensuring timely delivery, manage the courier portal, answer calls of customers and dealing with any customer related issues.
