Business Development / Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

• The BDSR will be responsible for achieving an assigned sales and profit goal.

• Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings

• Planning and preparing presentations / analysis

• Communicating new product developments to prospective clients

• Develop effective working relationships with customers through regular meetings and identify and obtain further sales and business development opportunitie

• Overseeing the development of marketing literature

• Work with and Group marketing to develop marketing campaigns to support Sales Strategy. Generate new business and raise awareness of other company services / products.

• Identify requirements for new products / services to anticipate and potentially lead the market.

• Writing reports

• Undertake regular project reviews with all involved in these processes to ensure transfer of knowledge

• Provide regular feedback to senior management about marketplace and competitor activity
