Digital Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Manager will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers. A digital marketing manager will identify and evaluate new digital technologies and latest tools to measure site traffic to better optimize marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media and display and search advertising for driving relevant consumers with the goal of improving brand recognition with trust and ultimately drive purchase intent. S/he will develop, implement, track and optimize digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels by strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and will lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. S/he will work with the marketing team, supporting teams (such as designers, SEO manager, SMM), and vendors to launch best campaigns in time and within budget.

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Develop, manage and design layouts of communications such as presentations
  • Work on all media like newsletters, event support materials, research papers, and brochures
  • Plan, develop and execute national digital programs and campaigns, including online advertising, web site strategy and design, social media, mobile, and deliverable
  • Interface with marketing communications functions, as well as PR, events, retail and business product marketing teams
  • Lead ongoing management of digital touch points
  • Manage digital agency relationships, day-to-day production, as well as campaign budgets and schedules
  • Own and maintain site analytics, metrics, and campaign reporting
  • Present and recommend to Director of Marketing
  • Stay up-to-date with digital media development
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Tasks related to survey research, including compiling data, analysis, and assembling reports
  • Provide occasional data-driven input on creative direction and media planning
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  • Office Timings: 10am to 06pm from Monday to Friday
