JOB DESCRIPTION:

· Attend three meetings atleast daily with prospective clients, conducting their financial interviews.

· Seek new business opportunities and exploring new markets.

· Prepare business proposals and conduct presentations.

· Monitor persistency of the business.

· Initially underwrite the business proposals.

· Product designing.

· Follow up with existing clients.

· Clients funds management.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Atleast graduate.

· Age 22 & above.

· Pleasent personality with exceptional interpersonal skills.

· Strong negotiation skills.

· Go getter attitude.

· Marketing experience is mandatory.(Insurance & Financial Sales experience will be preferred)

· Prospecting & Time management skills.
