JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Attend three meetings atleast daily with prospective clients, conducting their financial interviews.
• Seek new business opportunities and exploring new markets.
• Prepare business proposals and conduct presentations.
• Monitor persistence of the business.
• Initially underwrite the business proposals.
• Product designing.
• Follow up with existing clients.
• Clients funds management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Atleast graduate.
• Age atleast 22 & above.
• Pleasent personality with exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Human Resource Development.
• Human Resource Management.
• Human Resource Recritment.
• Go getter attitude.
• Marketing experience is mandatory.(Insurance & Financial Sales experience will be preferred)
• Prospecting & Time management skills.
