Senior Officer - Claims
This job exists to ensure group claim requests are appropriately processed and settled in a timely manner, in consultation with senior management.
To ensure annuity installment payments are sent to clients periodically and to resolve stakeholder queries and concerns.
To assess and underwrite cases, with complete requirements, through system and send to Claim Committee for approval/rejection.
To scrutinize group claim requests and take corrective actions such as, but not limited to; request pending documents, communicate illegibility of benefits claimed and/or process the case if requirements are complete.
