Quality Assurance Executive

Talented candidates are required for QA Career positions in one of the most leading and fastest growing industries of Digital Services in Pakistan;

Tasks for QA Executive:

 1) Evaluation of Sales calls by listening to it and marking it according to the defined standards.

2) Analyzing the trend of agent mistake and later on conducting session to improve it.

3) Must have sound knowledge of FCR.

4) Should have sound knowledge of disposition auditing.

5) QA Executive should know Reporting Management. He would be responsible for callibration with Sales Manager and the agents.

Strengths and skills:

1) knowledge of Microsoft office.

2) Communication skills.

3) Flexible and able to handle pressure

Males & Females can apply for this post with minimum one year of experince in relative Domain.

Individuals with the past experience of working in satellite or cable service providers i.e; Cable, Internet, Phone,satellite and Security will be preferred the most.

Job Timings: Night: 8:00 pm to 5:00 am
