Job Description

a We are looking for Team lead Call Center for our Outbound and Inbound Campaigns.

Candidate must have at least 2 to 10 years of working experience in the industry especially in Outbound and minimum of 3 years in the same capacity with excellent Verbal Communication skills, American Accent (Required).

Candidate must be punctual, hard worker, regular and self-motivated with team-leading abilities to manage the staff and to meet the targets given by the senior management.
