Monthly Salary: PK-Rs. 22,000.

Work Location: From your own home office

Work Hours: 4pm to 1:00am Pakistan time, Mon through Fri (subject to change per business needs)

• High-Speed Internet Required at Home

Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Develop prospective customer contact lists; participate in business/market research activities;

• Develop unique & rich content including photos & videos; write, edit, post and manage content on all major networks; grow social audiences and content reach on all major platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Youtube)

• Speak with clients to evaluate and determine employment needs;

• Advertises positions using various methods, including internet.

• Screens, interviews, and recommends candidates for vacant positions.

• Conduct where required lead Generation, Research and Sourcing to find great candidates, leveraging various channels to develop relationships with external candidates and talent pools.

• Compile data and reports as needed

• All other duties as assigned by supervisor

Preferred Qualifications- Education or Experience

• 1-4 years of experience in progressive administrative, marketing or HR roles

• Absolutely Required - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels, both internally and externally.

• Demonstrate high energy and desire to succeed, hardworking, detail oriented, precise, and very organized with strong ability to multi-task and problem solve in a demanding environment.

Interpersonal Skills

• Ability to work collaboratively

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret data

• Effectively and clearly present information and respond to questions

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Technical Skills

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications, Internet and E-mail

• Utilizing different recruiting sources such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook, Twitter, and Internet Search Engines

• Proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships.
