HR Assistant

Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities:

  • Facilitating human resources processes
  • Participating in recruitment efforts
  • Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications
  • Assisting in new employment assessments
  • Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process
  • Assisting in orientation sessions of new hires
  • Maintaining computer system by updating and entering data
  • Maintaining employment status and similar records
  • Providing customer service to organization employees
  • Preparing new employee files
  • Maintaining current HR files and databases
  • Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained
  • Maintain leave management record of all employee
  • Assisting with the performance review and termination processes
  • Any other task assigned by the management.
