HR Executive

Responsibilities

Record Maintenance

  • Maintaining current HR files and data base.
  • Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records.
  • Maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
  • Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained.

Attendance & leaves

  • Liaison with administration dep. For monthly attendance.
  • Finalize attendance & leaves before submitting in back office.
  • Answering payroll questions.
  • Maintain all leaves record on system/ files on monthly basis for all departments

Recruitment/New Hire Process

  • Participating in recruitment efforts.
  • Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications.
  • Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process.
  • Collecting employment and tax information.
  • Ensuring background and reference checks are completed.
  • Preparing new employee files.
  • Completing termination paperwork and assisting with exist interviews.

JDS, Performance Evaluations, SOPs & Policies

  • Maintain daily, weekly and monthly performance evaluations of Business Development department.
  • Assist in preparing and updating of documents such as job descriptions, employee handbook, performance appraisal, forms, SOP, policies and other HR related documents.

General Duty

  • Provide detail information to back office for employee business cards.
  • Responsible for sending HR documents to outstation offices.
  • Liaison with regional coordinator for daily HR activities.
  • Assistt line manager in daily HR&QA tasks.
