Real estate, property and consulting, with client experience in the sectors described

Hold a relevant real estate industry qualification – surveying, engineering, financial or accounting

Exceptional interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence

Financially literate with excellent commercial understanding and financial analysis capability

Ability to understand and combine commercial, strategic and operational perspectives

Strong presentation and report-writing skills – together with a persuasive personality, not afraid to challenge, debate and influence key decisions

Demonstrable programmed management, project management, capital projects and contract management skills

Organized, focused with a straight forward and open professional management style

Team player, confident with others and ability to remain calm under pressure
