Job Description

Be a part of Pakistan’s No. 1 Financial Brokerage company.

To conduct research on blue-chip, midcap and small cap companies to prepare equity research reports to be provided to clients;

To conduct research on commodities, as well as on foreign currencies and prepare relevant reports;

Monitor stocks for changes to work around and to assist in equity research and stock recommendations;

To identify major fundamental catalysts;

To monitor risk guidelines;

To continuously perform analysis on historical data to develop insight into investment strategies;

To monitor the macroeconomic environment;

To conduct in-depth data analyses, using traditional, as well as, advanced methods;

To prepare daily market research reports;

To prepare and to make presentation of market opportunities to the sales team on daily basis;

To prepare and to make presentation of tradable opportunities to the trading team on daily basis;

To prepare research related marketing material;

To conduct training sessions on research methodologies and top market opportunities to the new recruits, as well as to the existing teams, on need basis;

Competencies Required:

Have passion about the financial brokerage and online trading industry;

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills;

Excellent with numbers and figures;

Excellent skills on the understanding of various market parameters for various commodities and share market, with understanding of market trends and forcasting;

Strong grip on macroeconomics and microeconomics;

Ability to recognize and establish relationships between different fundamental economic factors and asset classes;

Good writing, drafting and presentation skills;

Reasonably good in written and spoken English;

Expert in Microsoft Office and SPSS;

Self-motivated, pleasant, positive mindset and consistent towards achievement of goals.
