MANAGEMENT TRAINEE – FINANCE

Trainees will be given exposure of Accounting, Audit, Taxation and Compliance.

BASIC MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

Education: CA / ACCA (Qualified / Part Qualified / Affiliate) / M.COM / B.COM

Experience: Fresh or 01 year

The ideal candidate should be familiar with audits, invoices and budget preparations. He/She should demonstrate interest in managing accounting activities, including bank reconciliations, accounts payable and accounts receivable. The candidate should also have excellent organizational skills and be able to handle time-sensitive tasks.

Ultimately, the management trainee – finance will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our financial transactions.

? Preparation of monthly / quarterly / annually financial statements

? Maintaining general ledgers, bank reconciliation statements

? Book keeping

? Preparation of annual budgets, various management reports

? Coordinating with auditors and consultants for annual audits and other assignments

? Keeping accurate records for all daily bank transactions

? Liaison with other departments for effective and smooth process flow

? Payroll and invoice management

? Preparing balance sheets

? Record accounts payable and accounts receivable

? Update internal systems with financial data

? Track bank deposits and payments

? Review and implement financial policies

? Tax return filing

? Preparing and forwarding tax reports to the lawyer

? Follow-up from customers for pending dues

? Draft internal control matrix within the organization

? Discuss newly designed SOP & controls with management
