Responsibilities:
- Ensure 100% achievement of SOHO/Residential sales target and revenue.
- More than 95% bill delivery and collection from assigned customer base.
- Ensure 100% CSAFs and cash submission at the time of sale’s closure.
- Complaint handling through respective teams of customer services.
- Regular visits of potential customers for up-selling.
- Recovery of CPE from inactive customers/clients.
- Looking after end to end sales operations (sales entry, bill deliver and collection).
