1 Finalization of aging report on daily, weekly & monthly basis.

2 Review aging report to provide regular updates of receivables to manager credit.

3 Assign the customer’s credit limit & adding of customer in groups

4 Credit risk analysis for improvement in updating of policies & procedures

5 Circulate recovery weekly / monthly targets & achievement report with sale staff to determine the performance.

6 Average collection period to maintain for company cash inflow efficiency.

7 Customer ledger reconciliation to resolve identified disputed issues

8 Assist manager credit in the preparation of reports on weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual Basis.

9 Respond to the queries, correspondence from customers and other offices for any matter of Domain.
