Customer Relations Executive

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain customer database.
  • Determine customer service requirements by maintaining contact with customers.
  • Listen and respond to customer swiftly, accurately & sincerely.
  • Guide customers regarding sales and after sales service.
  • Acknowledge and confirm Customer's Complaint.
  • Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions and recording details of inquiries.
  • Undertake other tasks assigned by management.
