HR Executive /Generalist

Responsibilities

  1. Recruit best talent in market and ensure vacant positions are filled as per company SLA.
  2. Execute Performance Management System and manage distribution of associated certificates/awards.
  3. Arrange new employee orientations and manage company’s Internship, Management Trainee and Apprenticeship programs.
  4. Employees service management that is insurance.
  5. Provide monthly attendance report to payroll within due date.
  6. Make accurate monthly addition/deletion of employees in EOBI & PESSI portals, finalization of contributions sheets of Head Office & regional offices & process payments.
  7. Coordinate with units to process EOBI & PESSI monthly payments and provide information to Accounts department.
  8. Support HOD in dealing with government departments and to resolve their objections/demands.
  9. Process Total Parco payment on monthly basis and make payment before 15th of every month.
  10. Close coordination with insurance companies (EFU & State Life) to provide timely and maximum support to registered employees.
  11.  Make accurate monthly addition/deletion of EFU & State Life.
