1.       Assist Network Manager in Planning Designing and Troubleshooting of Network activities.

2.       Maintain network and computer system security and ensure that all systems are operating correctly.

3.       Maintain File server and & user Profile Backups

4.       Create and manage new user profiles and emails addresses.

5.       Provide Remote support to Brach offices.

6.       Manage inventory of hardware components and In/Out Hardware Log

7.       Maintain CCTV system in proper working condition and maintain its Access Control Documentation.

8.       Backup of NVR/DVR Devices (surveillance).

9.       Troubleshooting of Local area Network Related Issues.

10.   Install /troubleshoot Connection of IP Camera and Telephone.

11.   Photo Copier/Scanning system Configuration / Troubleshooting

12.   Maintain Online Scanning System / Troubleshooting.

13.   Email Configuration / Troubleshooting / Signature Configuration Support.

14. Assistance in resolving Basic ERP Configuration related Issues
