Project Coordinator

Job Description

Maintaining and monitoring plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.

Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.

Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.

Ensuring deadlines are met.

Providing administrative support as needed.

Coordinate management activities, resources, equipment and information

Analyze risks and opportunities

Oversee project procurement management

Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise

Use tools to monitor working hours and expenditures

Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement)

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports

To develop linkages with other key players working in the field.

Submission of weekly, monthly and quarterly report to Head Office.

Liaise with the Head Office program management for the implementation of project activities.
