Senior Executive HR

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee files including complete documentation of employees.
  • Look after recruitment of management staff.
  • Accurate compilation of daily attendance. Maintain record of daily attendance of all offices and update management accordingly.
  • Complete employee profile in HR Module in ERP.
  • Look after fuel cards.
  • Payment processing of EOBI/PESSI/Total Parco
  • Provide information to Accounts department related to all employees benefit programs i.e. EOBI & PESSI
